Dental Insurance

Dr. Muneer and her staff are excited to offer many different payment options that will allow everyone to be taken care of. We offer the following list of insurance companies and payment plans that we will accept. Don’t see your insurance plan on our list? Don’t worry! You can still have access to all of her services and advanced technology. Call (909) 686-0988 to discuss other options that may be right for you.

We will bill your insurance company and keep track of all of your claims for you. We only ask that you keep us up-to-date of any changes you may have to your insurance policy. You will be responsible for any and all fees our office charges, regardless of your insurance coverage. Typically insurance companies respond to claims put in within a four to six week period, but any remaining costs will be your responsibility.

Installment Plan

An installment plan may be right for you. These plans are unique and designed for your individual needs; each plan will be decided together between you and our office manager. With an installment plan, you will be given a payment plan that you can work with, with no late fees, hidden charges, or interest. There are no third-party sources to work with- the plan is between you and our office only.
