We will bill your insurance company and keep track of all of your claims for you. We only ask that you keep us up-to-date of any changes you may have to your insurance policy. You will be responsible for any and all fees our office charges, regardless of your insurance coverage. Typically insurance companies respond to claims put in within a four to six week period, but any remaining costs will be your responsibility.

CMD Family Plan: Don’t panic if you don’t have dental insurance. Call us to discuss our CMD Family Plan! Our CMD Family Plan is an affordable arrangement that is designed for anyone who needs dental work but cannot get insurance for whatever reason.

Payment is due the day of service.
An installment plan may be right for you. These plans are unique and designed for your individual needs; each plan will be decided together between you and our office manager. With an installment plan, you will be given a payment plan that you can work with, with no late fees, hidden charges, or interest. There are no third-party sources to work with- the plan is between you and our office only.
