What is teeth whitening?

Teeth whitening at our office is a quick and inexpensive procedure that you can do anytime. Give us a call and we will set up an appointment for you to whiten your teeth. We offer teeth whitening for either upper and lower teeth or just your upper teeth if that is what you choose. It all depends on what you want!

It only takes a couple of days for us to process your custom bleach splints. We will give you a special type of bleaching agent that is prescription strength and used in the clear splints. You only need to wear these splints 30 minutes a day to produce a new, brighter smile! The bleaching agent will cause the stains in your enamel to disappear in just a short amount of time. This bleaching agent will not affect any dental work that you have done and it will not affect the structure of your teeth.

After your teeth have reached the level of brightness you are looking for, you will only need to treat them every once in awhile to maintain this level of luster. To begin, an impression will be taken in order to fabricate a bleaching tray that is then used to hold the bleach solution against your teeth. You can use this every night for 30 minutes to 1 hours at a time for one to two weeks. By the end of the two weeks, a significant amount of whitening will have occurred. Many people notice an amazing difference in the color of their teeth. We can approve the appearance of yellow, old and stained teeth with this incredible bleaching agent. If you have severely stained teeth, we may suggest crowns or dental veneers for your situation.
